Microwave oil-free popcorn

Forre a vasilha de sorvete com uma folha de papel toalha.
Coloque a xícara de milho e leve ao micro-ondas com a vasilha tampada deixando só espaço de 1 dedo para que não saia pipoca para o micro-ondas todo.
Deixe por mais ou menos 3 min. Na potência 7. Ou até os milhos estiverem parando de estourar.
Simples assim, não vai óleo.
Acrescente sal se quiser e pronto. 

Line the ice cream bowl with a paper towel.
Place the cup of corn and take it to the microwave with the lid on leaving only 1 finger space so that no popcorn comes out for the whole microwave.
Leave for about 3 min. At power 7. Or until the corns are stopping to pop.
Simple as that, no oil.
Add salt if you want and you're done.
