- Rice flour1/2 cup
- Golden flaxseed flour1/2 cup
- Psyllium1 tablespoon
- Chia seed1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chemical Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Turmeric Powder1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Dehydrated Parsley to taste
- Dried Basil to taste
- Sea salt1 coffee spoon
- In a glass refractory (I used a square with a capacity of 500 ml), beat the eggs with a fork, add the salt, saffron, herbs, olive oil and yeast. Mix it all up. Then add all the flours, chia seeds and water. Mix. All very well.
- Then clean the edges of the refractory and take it to the microwave for 7 minutes (I believe mine is set to maximum power). After 7 minutes pierce the middle with a fork, if it comes out clean it is because it is well done.
- Unmold, cut and enjoy. ........... Tip: To accompany, use extra virgin olive oil, an olive oil butter (recipe coming soon), a jam with natural ingredients, protein pastes (eggs, chicken, tuna, sardines), chickpea pastes (in the highlights).
