- Ripe pitted tomatoes7 unit(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Mix sugar and salt and spread over the entire surface of the tomato. Microwave the tomatoes for 3 minutes on high power. Remove excess liquid and return to microwave for another 3 minutes. Repeat this process 8 times.
- You can prepare a preserve in a glass jar with your favorite spices. I used garlic flakes, olive oil, parsley and oregano.
