- Flocão Corn Flour2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Butter for greasing1 to taste
- Hydrate the flour with the salt and water, until it becomes moist (without soaking) let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Grease a cup with butter, add the couscous mass (leave a space the size of a finger before reaching our cup).
- Microwave the cup with the Pyrex on top and turn on for 3 minutes.
- Unmold the couscous from the cup and serve yourself.
