- Ground beef - preferably low-fat500 g
- Stale French Bread to taste
- Onion, diced1 unit(s)
- Tomato cut into small cubes1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove6 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- White Vinegar3 tablespoon
- Filtered water to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk - for breading to taste
- Wheat flour - for breading to taste
- Breadcrumbs - for breading to taste
- Oil- for frying to taste
- Chives to taste
- In a large bowl, place the ground beef. Arrange the meat so that it is all on one side of the bowl.
- The other side of the bowl, the volume will be completed with the stale bread. Soak the bread in filtered water, and squeeze well to remove excess water. The intention is just to moisten the bread. And fill in the amount of bread until it reaches the same volume as the amount of meat (I used approximately 1 and 1/2 30cm baguettes)
- Add to the bread and ground meat: tomato, onion, garlic, white vinegar, chives, salt and black pepper.
- Mix everything very well.
- Make balls and flatten to make a disc.
- Dip in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in frying oil until golden. Allow time for the center of the cupcake not to be raw.
- Serve.
