  • Eggs2 to taste
  • Oil100 ml
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Fresh Organic Yeast80 g
  • Warm water500 ml
  • Ground beef1 kg
  1. Season the ground beef to taste and set aside. In a bowl, place the warm water, eggs, oil, sugar, salt, and yeast, stir well until everything mixes well and dissolves, then pour in the flour until the dough comes together. Then knead well and let it rest for 45 minutes. After growing, cut pieces of the dough all the same size about 30 to 40 grams each little piece of dough, so the balls were the same size. Then you will model the sphires, fill the dough with meat and close them in the shape of sphires. Brush egg yolk on top and let rise for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oven and bake them at 180 degrees. Enjoy your food.
