- I started by making the braised ground beef as usual.
- Then I let it cool down to assemble the pastries.
- Now open the pastry dough I used the small ones.
- Place 2 tablespoons of meat on each pastry and a little pasta.
- I closed the pastel at the end with a fork, kneading it well. Not to open.
- Now take a deep pan and put the oil and let it heat up well. Then go frying 1 pastel at a time.
- Then remove and drain on aluminum foil. And then just serve
