  • Dough: wheat flour1 kg
  • Oil85 g
  • Milk220 ml
  • Salt30 g
  • Water200 ml
  • Stuffing: ground beef with soft coxão200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Onion50 g
  • Garlic5 g
  • Good quality extra virgin olive oil5 ml
  • Chopped Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Parsley5 g
  • Chives5 g
  1. Dough: in a container, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Roll on a rolling pin until the dough is smooth and thin. Reserve.
  3. Stuffing: Season the meat with salt and pepper. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion with oil.
  4. Add the meat and stir until cooked and dry.
  5. Add boiled eggs, parsley and chives and set aside.
  6. Pastel: open the dough very thin and add the meat stuffing. Place another very thin dough on top.
  7. Close the dough and cut with a cutter to the desired size.
  8. Fry the pastels with the oil at 170°C.
