- Dough: wheat flour1 kg
- Oil85 g
- Milk220 ml
- Salt30 g
- Water200 ml
- Stuffing: ground beef with soft coxão200 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Onion50 g
- Garlic5 g
- Good quality extra virgin olive oil5 ml
- Chopped Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Parsley5 g
- Chives5 g
- Dough: in a container, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Roll on a rolling pin until the dough is smooth and thin. Reserve.
- Stuffing: Season the meat with salt and pepper. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion with oil.
- Add the meat and stir until cooked and dry.
- Add boiled eggs, parsley and chives and set aside.
- Pastel: open the dough very thin and add the meat stuffing. Place another very thin dough on top.
- Close the dough and cut with a cutter to the desired size.
- Fry the pastels with the oil at 170°C.
