  • For the Dough/ l
  • Wheat flour600 g
  • Dry biological yeast (1 envelope)10 g
  • Warm water200 ml
  • Oil100 ml
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Gem for brushing the sfihas2 unit(s)
  1. **Filling Preparation**
  2. Mix all ingredients together, place in a large colander or colander to drain the liquid from the meat.
  3. Leave it like this until it's time to fill the esfihas.
  4. The stuffing goes raw in the esfiha.
  5. **Dough preparation**
  6. In a bowl, mix the water, yeast, sugar and eggs, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the oil, salt and flour, mix everything and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
  8. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest until it doubles in volume, approximately 40 minutes.
  9. Portion the dough, open with the help of a roll, put the stuffing and model the esfiha.
  10. Arrange the esfihas in a greased and floured shape.
  11. Brush the esfihas with the beaten yolk.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
