- Wheat flour600 g
- Dry biological yeast (1 envelope)10 g
- Warm water200 ml
- Oil100 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Gem for brushing the sfihas2 unit(s)
- **Filling Preparation**
- Mix all ingredients together, place in a large colander or colander to drain the liquid from the meat.
- Leave it like this until it's time to fill the esfihas.
- The stuffing goes raw in the esfiha.
- **Dough preparation**
- In a bowl, mix the water, yeast, sugar and eggs, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Add the oil, salt and flour, mix everything and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest until it doubles in volume, approximately 40 minutes.
- Portion the dough, open with the help of a roll, put the stuffing and model the esfiha.
- Arrange the esfihas in a greased and floured shape.
- Brush the esfihas with the beaten yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
