- grated cheese1 unit(s)
- Straws for stuffing25 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Water to taste
- Peel the potatoes and chop into small pieces
- Place in a pan and fill with water until covered.
- Cook over medium/high heat until tender.
- Drain the water and run cold water over the potatoes to stop the cooking.
- Add the potatoes in a container and put the green smell and mayonnaise
- mix it all up
- stuff the straws
- Finish by passing the straws in the grated cheese
