- Semi-skimmed milk250 ml
- Chia seeds50 g
- Vanilla essence1/4 teaspoon
- Diced Palmer Mango700 g
- In a bowl, mix the milk, chia and vanilla and let it rest for 30 minutes, until the chia seeds swell and the mixture takes on a jelly-like consistency.
- Place half of the mixture in the bottom of the pot, make a layer with half of the mango on top, pour the rest of the mixture and cover with another layer of mango.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours and, when serving, garnish with more fruit, mint, granola or whatever you like. Photo: @tanamesa.tm
