  • Cassava1 kg
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Butter or margarine5 tablespoon
  • coconut milk200 ml
  • Grated Coconut100 g
  • Sugar3 cup
  • Corn starch3 tablespoon
  • Baking powder2 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese (cured)1 cup
  1. Start by grating and squeezing the cassava, using a cloth or sieve. And book!
  2. Beat the eggs, butter, coconut milk, grated coconut, sugar, grated cheese in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add this mixture to the cassava dough, and with the help of a spatula or whisk, mix well!
  4. Finally, add the starch and yeast.
  5. Bake preferably in an aluminum pan, in a preheated medium/high oven, for approximately 30-45 min.
  6. Do the toothpick test. If it comes out clean, it's done!
