- Butter or margarine5 tablespoon
- coconut milk200 ml
- Grated Coconut100 g
- Sugar3 cup
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Grated cheese (cured)1 cup
- Start by grating and squeezing the cassava, using a cloth or sieve. And book!
- Beat the eggs, butter, coconut milk, grated coconut, sugar, grated cheese in a blender until smooth.
- Add this mixture to the cassava dough, and with the help of a spatula or whisk, mix well!
- Finally, add the starch and yeast.
- Bake preferably in an aluminum pan, in a preheated medium/high oven, for approximately 30-45 min.
- Do the toothpick test. If it comes out clean, it's done!
