  • grated coconut30 g
  • Margarine (I prefer delicious, I've tried others)100 g
  • Maizena (enough to make the point) to taste
  • Coconut or vanilla essence (liquid)1 tablespoon
  1. Mix the ingredients and add the cornstarch gradually until the dough comes off and you can shape it.
  2. You can't go wrong, it's a beautiful dough well smooth.
  3. Make the shape I made rounds and bake in a high oven on baking sheets, you don't need to grease the baking sheet.
  4. It bakes very quickly so be careful not to burn it.
