Em batedeira colocar o açúcar e a manteiga e bater até formar um creme. Aos poucos colocar os ovos, um de cads vez, bata mais um pouco para incorporar bem.


Place the sugar and butter in a mixer and beat until creamy. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, beat a little more to incorporate well.


Aos poucos colocar a farinha de trigo alternando com o leite, até ficar uma massa homogênea. Coloque a canela em pó e bater mais um pouco.
Por último colocar o fermento em pó e misture delicadamente com uma espátula.

Gradually add the wheat flour alternating with the milk, until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Put the cinnamon powder and beat some more.
Finally put the baking powder and mix gently with a spatula.

Leve para assar ao forno pré aquecido por aproximadamente por 30 a 35 minutos ou até o bolo assar. Deixar esfriar para desenformar. Também pode salpicar com acucar e canela o bolo antes de servir.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until the cake is set. Let cool to unmold. You can also sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the cake before serving.
