- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Sweetener (Erythritol)1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence to taste
- 70% cocoa chocolate chips to taste
- Chemical Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Make balls with your hand and then flatten them.
- Top with crushed cashews or chocolate chips.
- Place the Cookies in a non-stick pan or covered with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes. Do not exceed the time too much, as Cookies may burn.
