Lemon green cake 🍋

Bata no liquidificador, os ovos, o açúcar e o óleo.
Despeje em um recipiente e acrescente a farinha. Bata bastante até misturar bem ( Eu não tenho batedeira, então bati a mão mesmo).
Em seguida acrescente a gelatina diluída em 3 colheres de água quente, adicionada a metade do suco de limão.
Misture bem novamente e por último acrescente o fermento, dando uma leve mexida.
Despeje em forma untada e leve em forno pré aquecido em temperatura média. Deixe assar por aproximadamente 35 minutos ou até ficar douradinho.

Enquanto o bolo esfria, bata no liquidificador o leite condensado, o creme de leite e o restante do suco de limão.
Despeje sobre o bolo e decore com
raspinhas de limão.

In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar and oil.
Pour into a container and add the flour. Beat a lot until you mix well (I don't have a mixer, so I beat it by hand).
Then add the gelatin diluted in 3 tablespoons of hot water, added to half the lemon juice.
Mix well again and finally add the yeast, giving a light stir.
Pour in greased shape and take it to a preheated oven at medium temperature. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.

While the cake cools, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the rest of the lemon juice in the blender.
Pour over the cake and decorate with
lemon zest.
