  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Lemon Juice1/2 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • condensed milk1/2 can(s)
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Lemon zest to taste
  1. Beat the eggs, oil, lemon juice, sugar and milk in a blender.
  2. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour.
  3. Then add the baking soda and stir delicately.
  4. Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
  5. For the syrup, mix the condensed milk with the juice of the 2 lemons. It will be like a very thick mousse.
  6. After the baked cake, just uninform, put the syrup on top, decorate with the lemon zest and serve.
