Milk1 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Sugar2 cup
Lemon Juice1/2 cup
Wheat Flour2 cup
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
condensed milk1/2 can(s)
Lemon2 unit(s)
Lemon zest to taste

Beat the eggs, oil, lemon juice, sugar and milk in a blender.
Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour.
Then add the baking soda and stir delicately.
Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
For the syrup, mix the condensed milk with the juice of the 2 lemons. It will be like a very thick mousse.
After the baked cake, just uninform, put the syrup on top, decorate with the lemon zest and serve.
