  • Ham | 500 g
  • Mozzarella | 500 g
  • Oregano |  to taste
  • Cottage cheese | 1 unit(s)
  • Leek | 1 unit(s)
  • Bacon | 300 g
  • Oil | 1 unit(s)


  1. Fry the bacon cut into small pieces
  2. Cut all the ingredients and mix them all.
  3. Open the pastry dough and place the filling. Close with another whole dough on top. Run your finger along the entire edge between the two water masses, to stick the dough well. Squeeze with a fork.
  4. Fry in hot oil. Be careful not to pierce the pastry.
  5. Enjoy this wonderful spice!
