- Chopped walnuts (stuffing)100 g
- Chopped parsley (stuffing) to taste
- Chopped mint (stuffing) to taste
- In a pan with oil, over high heat, add the onion and garlic, saute for 3 min and add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper and cumin.
- Once fried and dry, turn off the heat and add the parsley, chopped mint and walnuts. Reserve
- Place the kibbeh wheat in a bowl and the hot water. Set aside for 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
- After that time, mix the already hydrated wheat with the onion and meat. To mix, use your hands and always soak in ice water.
- Model the kibbeh in the shape of a small cup, always wetting your hand in cold water, so as not to stick. Done that put the cold stuffing and close the cupcake well.
- In a pan with hot oil, fry the dumplings until golden, for about 1 min. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
