  • hot water1 cup
  • Ground beef300 g
  • Mint2 coffee spoon
  • grated onion2 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Syrian pepper1 teaspoon
  1. 1° Mix the kibbeh flour with the hot water and leave it for about 30 minutes to hydrate
  2. 2° When the flour absorbs all the water and becomes dry, place it in a bowl with the meat, mint, salt, pepper, onion and garlic.
  3. 3° Mix everything very well, as if you were kneading bread, and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. 4° Mold the kibe and fry in hot oil until golden.
