- Hydrate the wheat with hot water and set aside.
- Once the wheat is hydrated, add the meat, small grated onion, salt, black pepper and cumin to taste. Mix until the ingredients are completely incorporated. Separate the portions of the size you want, make balls and then with the index finger, form a cavity in the size you want. Reserve.
- Preheat a pan with the oil and as soon as it is hot, put the ground meat to brown (You need to fry the meat. Have it in small separate portions in your pan. Be careful not to release the meat juices).
- After this process, add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent. Add salt, black pepper, cumin and ground cinnamon to taste. Once cool, add the chopped parsley and mint.
- Stuff the kibes with the braised ground beef, shape and fry in oil at 175° until they are the desired color.
