Chicken500 g
Wheat500 g
Maizena70 g
Salt to taste
Egg2 unit(s)
Sweet paprika5 g
Saffron5 g
Chemical Yeast5 g
Water1 cup
Black pepper to taste

In a bowl mix the wheat, salt, turmeric, paprika, yeast and cornstarch, mix.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
Divide the 500gr of wheat into 2 bowls, in one of them add 2 eggs and water until the dough is liquid.
Dip the chicken in the liquid mass, drain and coat in the other dry half. Fry at 180º.
