- Wheat for Quibe2 cup
- Warm water3 cup
- Ground beef3 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Mint1 cup
- Salt and Syrian pepper to taste to taste
- Diced Provolone Cheese2 cup
- Oil for frying200 ml
- Place the wheat in a bowl, cover with warm water and soak for 5 hours. Drain and squeeze excess liquid with your hands in a sieve. Place in a bowl and mix with the ground beef, onion, mint, salt and pepper, kneading until a homogeneous mass is formed. Open small portions of the dough in a moistened hand, divide the provolone cubes between them and close, shaping kibes. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove and fry, little by little, in hot oil, until golden. Drain on paper towels and, if desired, serve with lemon.
