- Nutritional yeast to taste
- paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Wash and dry the leaves well.
- Tear the leaves into medium pieces (if you want you can remove the stems).
- Grease a baking dish with oil.
- Place the cabbage pieces in a way that they do not overlap.
- Season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika and nutritional yeast (optional).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15 to 20 (keep an eye out, it burns very fast).
- Remove from the oven and let cool so the chips are crispy.
