  • Nutritional yeast to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Wash and dry the leaves well.
  2. Tear the leaves into medium pieces (if you want you can remove the stems).
  3. Grease a baking dish with oil.
  4. Place the cabbage pieces in a way that they do not overlap.
  5. Season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika and nutritional yeast (optional).
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15 to 20 (keep an eye out, it burns very fast).
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool so the chips are crispy.
