  • Olive oil40 ml
  • paprika to taste
  • Nutritional yeast (optional) to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Tear the leaves into medium pieces (if you want you can remove the stems).
  2. Grease a baking dish with oil.
  3. Place the cabbage pieces in a way that they do not overlap.
  4. Season with olive oil, salt, paprika and nutritional yeast (optional).
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15 to 20 (keep an eye out, it burns very fast).
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool so the chips are crispy.
