- Mozzarella cheese50 g
- Olive oil10 ml
- Salt to taste5 g
- Suggestion of chopped parsley or green onions10 g
- Crack the eggs in a bowl, add the salt and the greens to your taste, beat with a fork or fouer just to mix.
- Put the skillet on the fire, add the oil and let it smoke a little.
- Add the beaten eggs, stir slowly, when it starts to form a layer underneath, add the cheese.
