- Mash the bananas. Reserve.
- Then, in a bowl, incorporate the dry ingredients: oat flour, sugar, chocolate powder, salt, yeast. To mix.
- Add the eggs, the mashed bananas in the dry mass. Stir well.
- In individual molds, grease each one with oil. Then fill the molds with the dough. Add the chocolate pieces into the molds. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. It will depend on each person's oven. Obs.: it is tasty when it is not in cake consistency, but more wet. So pay attention to the preparation time. For some, more powerful ovens, you will need 7 to 9 minutes. Tip: use a fork to check if it's wet and at the same time cooked. The number of servings will depend on the size of the molds.
