  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Natural unsweetened yogurt1/3 cup
  • Dry yeast5 g
  • Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Warm water1/4 cup
  1. Dissolve the yeast in slightly warm water.
  2. Add the yogurt, yeast dissolved in water, sugar, salt and oil to the flour. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Knead for 10 min. and let it rest for 1 hour.
  4. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and open discs with the rolling pin on a base sprinkled with flour.
  5. Place one open piece at a time in a very hot skillet. No need to grease. Leave a few minutes and turn.
  6. Serve golden. You can put olive oil with braised garlic on top or ghee butter.
