  • Chickpeas200 g
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Tahini2 tablespoon
  • Roasted Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Zaatar1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Smoked paprika1 to taste
  1. Soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours, changing the water if possible.
  2. Drain the water and cook the chickpeas in water until tender.
  3. Drain, but reserve some of the cooking water.
  4. In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Use the cooking water if it is necessary to help to beat, add it little by little.
  5. Finish with zaatar, olive oil and paprika.
