Cheese1 cup
milk4 cup
wheat flour2 tablespoon
butter2 tablespoon
loaf of bread12 unit(s)
ham100 g
mozzarella2 cup
sliced tomatoes2 unit(s)
oregano0 to taste
grated cheese1/2 cup

CREAM: In the pan, sauté the wheat flour in the butter over low heat until it starts to change color from white to beige.
When it is boiling, add the milk and stir until it thickens.
Add the cheese and let it incorporate.
Hit the salt.
MOUNTING: In a shape, place the slices of bread, part of the cream, the ham, the mozzarella, the tomatoes and the oregano.
Cover with bread and then cover with cream again
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven to brown.
