- In a pan you cool the bacon and in another put the oil and let it warm up. After the pan is heated, put the onion, let it sauté a little, when it starts to become transparent put the garlic (or your homemade seasoning) let it sauté a little and put the pork, keep stirring so the meat doesn't give balls, after sautéed, drag meat to the sides and place the beef and sauté, after a few minutes you can mix the two and let it fry a little. While the meat is getting to the point you put the tomato and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce or meat in the processor or blender and let it beat to your liking and grate the mozzarella. After the meat has reached its desired point, add the bacon, olives, tomato, chives and mozzarella and keep stirring, if you want more cream, add more mozzarella. And ready.
