- First step, cut all the sausages into slices. Also chop the potato, carrot, onion, garlic and cilantro into small pieces. Add everything in a large pan, add water to cover the ingredients, then add the coloring, cumin, salt to taste and the tomato paste, also add the peas and corn and let it cook for approximately 20/25 minutes.
