- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)

- Honey1 cup
- Sugar3/4 cup
- Cinnamon Powder1 coffee spoon
- Clove Powder1 coffee spoon
- Baking Powder2 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
- Sugar3/4 cup
- Clara1 unit(s)
- In the mixer put the egg and yolk, butter, sugar, honey, ground cinnamon and ground cloves. Beat a little to mix well.
- Add the wheat flour and beat some more. Add the baking powder and mix with a fouet. Place the dough in a greased mold and bake for 20 minutes over medium heat.
- Place the egg whites, sugar and lemon in the mixer. Beat well, it has to be at the sigh point. Take the cake out of the oven and spread this mixture over the cake and cut the pieces and bake over low heat for 10 minutes or until dry and form a crust.
