- Coconut milk500 ml
- Shredded Coconut100 g

- Cinnamon powder3 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a pan put the corn hominy, the water and take it to the fire for 15 minutes.
- Add the sugar, coconut milk, grated coconut, cloves and 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add condensed milk and cream and cook for 15 minutes or until thickened and turn off.
- Put it in a refractory, wait to cool and you can serve, when you put it on the plate add some cinnamon powder on top
