- hominy corn • 500 ml of300 g
- coconut milk500 ml
- coconut sugar3/4 cup
- ladles of cooking water2 unit(s)
- cloves and cinnamon stick0 to taste
- Note: If using cloves or cinnamon, you can add them when the corn is cooking.
- Let the corn soak for at least 8 hours.
- After that time, drain and wash well. Cook it in the pressure cooker with plenty of water (here it took +or- 30min)
- In another pan, mix the coconut milk and coconut sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add the cooked corns and gradually add the cooking water to give the creaminess you want (I used 2 ladles, because I really wanted it creamier)
