- Whole milk1 l
- Whole Grain Yogurt170 g
- Boil the milk and wait for it to cool. Do not let cream form. Mix the yogurt at room temperature with the warm milk, and place it in a large container (equivalent to 1 liter) and let it rest for 12 to 24 hours, covered with a cloth (tablecloth or napkin) at room temperature.
- Then put it in the fridge and serve it with granola, fruit, fruit jelly or oilseeds.
