- Hot water250 ml
- Strawberry flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water and then add the ice water.
- Put the dissolved gelatin in the blender, along with the condensed milk and the cream. Beat everything for about 3 minutes.
- After well beaten, put all the mixture in a container with a lid and take it to the freezer for about 3 hours.
- After the three hours have passed, put all the mixture in a mixer. Beat everything for about 7 to 10 minutes. It is important to spend this time beating, because the cream doubles in size, yielding about 3 liters, and it becomes much creamier.
- After spending time beating the mixture, put it in a container with a lid and leave it in the freezer to freeze.
