  • Hot water250 ml
  • Strawberry flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  1. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water and then add the ice water.
  2. Put the dissolved gelatin in the blender, along with the condensed milk and the cream. Beat everything for about 3 minutes.
  3. After well beaten, put all the mixture in a container with a lid and take it to the freezer for about 3 hours.
  4. After the three hours have passed, put all the mixture in a mixer. Beat everything for about 7 to 10 minutes. It is important to spend this time beating, because the cream doubles in size, yielding about 3 liters, and it becomes much creamier.
  5. After spending time beating the mixture, put it in a container with a lid and leave it in the freezer to freeze.
