Homemade Pizza

Em uma vasilha, misture o fermento, o açúcar, o sal e a farinha de trigo (coloque apenas metade para ir ajustando o ponto depois com a água). Junte o azeite e a água morna (também aos poucos). Misture tudo com as mãos e vá colocando a quantidade de farinha e água até ficar uma massa homogênea. Faça uma bola e tampe a vasilha com um plástico filme ou com um pano limpo. Deixe descansar por 30 minutos.

Unte uma assadeira redonda com azeite e polvilhe , Com a ajuda de um rolo, abra a massa já na própria assadeira (eu deixei crescer por mais 20 minuto )🤭mas a receita do site fala pra levar direto ão forno alto, preaquecido, por cerca de 10 minutos ou até dourar a borda. Retire do forno e coloque o recheio de sua preferência e volte a pizza ao forno por, aproximadamente, 15 minutos ou até derreter o queijo.

Grease a round baking dish with olive oil and sprinkle, With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough on the baking sheet itself (I let it rise for another 20 minutes)🤭but the website recipe says to take it straight to the high oven, preheated, for about 10 minutes or until golden around the edge. Remove from the oven and place the topping of your choice and return the pizza to the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
