  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Egg1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1/4 cup
  • Warm water250 ml
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  1. Add the sugar to the yeast to activate it and let it rest for 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix the flour, egg and oil. Add the water and yeast little by little and mix well.
  2. On a bench knead the dough for 10 minutes. Then divide the dough into 4 parts and form balls. Let the dough rise for approximately 3 hours.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured worktop, pre-bake in the oven at 200 C for 8 - 10 min.
  4. Add the topping of your choice and bake until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown. Enjoy your food!!!
