Salt1 coffee spoon
Peanut Butter with Cocoa3 tablespoon
Fuba mimoso (optional)1/4 cup
Milk200 ml
Baking powder1.1/2 tablespoon
Lemon zest (optional)1/2 unit(s)
White wheat flour1.1/2 cup

Beat eggs and sugar. Then add the oil and continue beating.
Add milk, salt and peanut butter. Stir well until all the paste is dissolved.
Gradually add the flour and cornmeal, mixing well. Add the lemon zest and mix. Finally, add the yeast and stir slowly.
Turn in greased shape (with 24 cm futo) and take it to the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until it is completely baked.
