Em uma tigela adicione o creme de leite, coloque uma pitada de sal e aos poucos vá acrescentando a farinha de trigo e mexendo, não coloque tudo de uma vez, vá adicionando aos poucos,pegue essa mistura e vá sovando com as mãos o ponto ideal é quando a massa desgruda das mãos e fica bem lisa e homogênea,feito isso enrole a massa em plástico filme e leve a geladeira por 30 minutos antes de moldar o pastel.
