  • Whole or skimmed milk2 l
  • Unsweetened Whole Grain Yogurt1 unit(s)
  1. 👉🏼 heat the milk until it starts to boil, and set it aside until it warms up (between 35 and 40 degrees) . 👉🏼 While the milk cools, turn on the oven at medium temperature. . 👉🏼 When the milk is warm, mix with the natural yogurt put it in a large bowl, cover with cling film and take it to the oven (already turned off). . 👉🏼 Let the yogurt rest for 5 to 8 hours inside the oven (I leave it overnight). Once ready, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. . Easy right? And with this recipe, you'll have yogurt forever! 😅 💡 Tip: Don't leave the milk below the ideal temperature before putting the yogurt, so it doesn't get gooey. Give preference to yogurt that contains 2 ingredients in the composition (I use Nestlé).
