- Corn starch250 g
- grated mozzarella250 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add the salt.
- Bring to a boil and add the margarine, parmesan and mozzarella, stirring constantly.
