Corte os pães ao meio sele os pães na Mantega reserve.
Separe 4 porções da carne com as mãos e modele o hamburgue, unte uma assadeira com o fio de azeite coloque os hamburgue de carne respeitando o espaço entre elas, deixe assar de 3 a 4 minutos de cada lado, quando estiver próximo de retirar a carne cubra cada hamburgue com uma fatia de presunto e outra de mussarela cubra com uma tampa por 30 segundos apenas para derreter o queijo com o auxílio de uma espátula retire a carne da assadeira e deixe descansar enquanto vc monta os pães.
Na parte de baixo dos pães coloque o molho de sua preferência ( usei o ketchup,mostarda e maionese)
Espalhe as folhas de alface e o tomate coloque o hambúrguer e as cebolas cubra com a outra parte do pão, sirva em seguida.
( para intensificar ainda mais o sabor frite algumas fatias de bacon e linguiça defumada e coloque em seu sanduíche).

Cut the buns in half, seal the buns in butter.
Separate 4 portions of the meat with your hands and shape the hamburger, grease a roasting pan with the olive oil, place the meat hamburgers respecting the space between them, let it bake for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, when you are close to removing the meat. cover each hamburger with a slice of ham and another slice of mozzarella cover with a lid for 30 seconds just to melt the cheese with the aid of a spatula remove the meat from the roast and let it rest while you assemble the buns.
On the underside of the buns put the sauce of your choice (I used ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise)
Spread the lettuce leaves and the tomato place the hamburger and the onions cover with the other part of the bread, serve immediately.
(To intensify the flavor even more, fry some slices of bacon and smoked sausage and put it on your sandwich).
