- Large rolled oats4 cup
- Coarsely chopped almonds1/2 cup
- Brazil nuts coarsely chopped1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts1/2 cup
- Unsweetened corn flakes2 cup
- Brown sugar or honey1 cup
- Raisins1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Cinnamon powder (optional)1 tablespoon
- Mix all ingredients well except corn flakes and raisins.
- Put it in a shape and take it to the preheated oven at 200° for approx 20 min or until golden, half the time stir well to bake equally;
- When ready, remove from the oven and still hot, add the raisins and flakes and mix well;
- After it cools well, store in tightly closed pots.
