Baguette bread1 unit(s)
Mayonnaise7 tablespoon
Chopped Garlic4 tablespoon
Parsley or chives2 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan1 cup
Mozzarella cheese50 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and set aside
Cut the baguette in half to fill and pass the reserved mixture
1- Sprinkle the grated parmesan 2- Place the mozzarella on top 3- Take it to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese
1- Cut into pieces 2- Serve :)
