Add and mix all the ingredients in a container, stirring with a spoon until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
To fill the buns, just make cuts until almost the end (without separating them).
Open the grooves and fill with the paste. At the end, smear the top of the breads with the paste so that it melts on the bread.
Put it in the oven or on the grill on indirect fire (next to the brazier or on the top floor of the grill) for approximately 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the oregano over the buns before serving. If you prefer, sprinkle before taking it to bake. Serve it hot.
