- 250 grams of butter or margarine – (if using unsalted margarine, add salt to taste)250 g
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (2 tablespoons for a stronger flavor) – The more minced, the better the result.1 tablespoon
- 200 grams of cream cheese A pinch of black pepper A pinch of oregano200 g
- 50 grams of grated mozzarella or parmesan cheese – (important to use a good quality cheese)Salt to taste50 g
- 10 French breads10 unit(s)
- Add and mix all the ingredients in a container, stirring with a spoon until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
- To fill the buns, just make cuts until almost the end (without separating them).
- Open the grooves and fill with the paste. At the end, smear the top of the breads with the paste so that it melts on the bread.
- Put it in the oven or on the grill on indirect fire (next to the brazier or on the top floor of the grill) for approximately 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the oregano over the buns before serving. If you prefer, sprinkle before taking it to bake. Serve it hot.
