Hot milk1 cup
Salt ammonia1 tablespoon
Wheat flour until the dough is smooth and not too hard500 g

put the eggs in a bowl and beat
Add the sugar and continue beating.
Add the lard, nutmeg, salt, and mix the ingredients well.
Mix the salt ammonia in the hot milk and add it to the dough.
Put flour until you get a very smooth dough, a tip not to knead the dough, just mix the ingredients, so the cookie is super soft.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut the cookies in the shape of your choice, place in a greased shape with butter and bake until golden.
