I added the liquid ingredients in a bowl, add the sugar, the yeast and add the wheat flour and knead until it doesn't stick to the hands. Let it rest for 1 hour or more until it doubles in volume. Once it has risen, open the dough and shape it your way, let it rest for another 30 min. Brush condensed milk and bake until golden, remove from the oven brush more condensed milk and decorate with the sprinkles and grated coconut.
